Job Description: The company currently has nearly 2000 diverse affiliate marketing campaigns across various industries and products, primarily targeting international markets (US, UK, Canada, Europe) with high conversion rates and many successful products. Plans are underway to expand to the domestic market by June. The Sales Executive will perform the following specific tasks:

1. Manage and Care for Existing Partners

• Manage the list of partners provided by the company.
• Identify potential customers, filter out the non-viable ones.
• Extract information to understand each partner’s traffic type and encourage them to enhance sales.

2. Develop New Partnerships in Vietnam and Abroad

• Market Research: Identify and determine potential partners, recognize business opportunities with each client type and develop an appropriate marketing strategy.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain good relationships with potential clients through conversations and emails.
• Consulting: Provide detailed information about the products or services offered, advise partners on the benefits of joining the company, and facilitate the registration and quality assessment processes as partners start their engagement with the company.
• Management: Monitor partners, update information to maximize the advantage of the partner’s traffic.

3. Brand Promotion

• Post, share articles, videos, and new campaigns on the company’s social media pages and other platforms.
• Create banners using tools like Canva and develop content for posts in English (using Chat GPT).

4. Risk Identification

• Assess potential risks in operations.
• Manage the quality of each client category and how to handle them.

5. Reporting

• Develop business plans, set objectives.
• Daily reporting (quick reports in personal group).
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual summary reports (using report templates).

Requirements:

• Own a laptop.
• Proficient in basic editing software such as Canva, Photoshop, Capcut.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Desire to further develop in Affiliate Marketing, especially in team building and management.

• Salary: 7 – 20+ million VND (includes basic salary + commission + bonuses) We do not set a specific salary limit. Propose a salary based on your capabilities.
