Job Description: The company currently has over 1500+ Affiliate marketing campaigns across various industries and products, mainly targeting foreign markets (US, UK, Canada, Europe…), with high conversion rates and many winning products. In June, we plan to expand to the domestic market. Ad staff choose one of four platforms (or more depending on ability) Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads. Detailed job description as follows:

• Run Ads for advertising campaigns of clients in the US, Australia, UK, Canada, Europe…
• Plan and implement advertising on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads within the allocated budget.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize conversion rates of advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads to ensure results meet the set targets.
• Write ad content, come up with ideas for ad images and videos, edit landing pages to optimize ads.
• Report work results according to departmental and company regulations.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience running ad campaigns in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Ads on one or more platforms: Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads.
• Basic editing skills: Canva, Photoshop, Camtasia, CapCut, PR…
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• A desire to further develop in Affiliate marketing, especially in team building and management.
